I work with those interested in exploring the puzzling and often painful behaviors, thoughts, and feelings which bring them to therapy. I believe therapy is a powerful, collaborative process that can help us improve our internal landscape and lead to fulfilling lives aligned with our values. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is affirming, strengths-based, and safe. My hope is that we can work together to help you uncover your strengths again. I specialize in burnout, major life transitions, and religious trauma. Healing happens within relational settings. I will partner with you to better understand your unique experiences, needs, and emotions so you can create the meaningful change you seek. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, and attachment theory to help you understand not just what you feel, but why. Healing and growth isn’t linear; it’s often overwhelming, and takes bravery. My approach is creative, compassionate, and trauma-competent, building on strengths you already have to open new paths to healing. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to offer a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen and supported.
